A rare Space Shuttle Columbia toy, modelled after the Space Shuttle Columbia (OV-102), which was the first of five Space Shuttle orbiters to fly in space in 1981, operated by NASA.
The toy is a collectible item made in the early 90s, battery operation might not be in use.
